Tom Bilbruck is the associate dean for student financial services at College of the Canyons. Bilbruck is an innovative leader using cutting-edge technology to increase access to higher education for underserved populations. He led the initiative to improve processing and awarding of aid to first-generation and low-income students, partnering with ASR Analytics to implement a cloud solution supporting institutional financial aid processing and California Student Centered Funding formula requirements.
